1. General
These terms govern the use of nordsoftware.no and services provided by nordsoftware.no. By using this website, you accept these terms.
2. Services
nordsoftware.no offers software development, consulting and related digital services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of nordsoftware.no unless otherwise stated. Delivered project code is transferred to the client upon full payment.
4. Project Agreements
Each project is regulated by a separate written agreement. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in project agreements. We invoice according to agreed milestones. Unpaid invoices may result in work being paused.
6. Limitation of Liability
nordsoftware.no is not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties are obligated to keep confidential information about each other's business secret. This obligation continues after project completion.
8. Disputes
Disputes shall first be attempted resolved through negotiation. If not resolved, Norwegian law and Oslo district court apply.
